Let me handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your journey!
That will all depend all on where you're sailing and if your primary residence is the US. If you are disembarking FROM a U.S. cruise port and returning to a U.S. cruise port, then you do not need a passport as this is considered a "closed loop" sailing. But if you are disembarking from a non-U.S. port or ending your cruise in a non-U.S. port, you will need passports. Typically, kids 16 and under do NOT require passports. Anyone without a passport will need a copy (or original) of their birth certificate and adults will need a second government-issued ID (like a driver's license). I cover these details for every person that I book for every trip, as some situations may be different depending on citizenship. As a rule, passports are a very good idea to have in case you get "stuck" in a country that is not your own! At the end of the day, I will make sure you are very well aware of the requirements of YOUR vacation.
As a rule, the earlier you book your vacation or cruise, the better rates you will have access to, as well as the most options for rooms (and you can pay it off over time).
When it comes to Walt Disney World Resort, I'm often asked "when is the best time to go?" A few years ago, this was easier to answer since there were markedly "slower" times at Disney (Sept/Oct/Jan). But now, with so many attractions, popular seasonal events such as Epcot's Food & Wine Festival, Flower & Garden Festival, popular marathons, Halloween & Christmas parties, and EVERYBODY TRAVELING... Disney is just busy all the time. Our crowd calendars are semi-reliable, but you should expect crowds when you visit a theme park, so it pretty much comes down to when it's best for YOUR family to visit. It's generally best to plan your vacation AT LEAST 6-12 months in advance. Especially with Disney's Advanced Dining Reservations system, you'll want to be ahead of that.
But... with that said, if you have a wild hair for a last-minute trip, I can make that happen to almost anywhere! Sometimes the best planning happens late in the game when there are less choices to make! I've done it all. Reach out to me and I can plan the best trip for you.
No. The deposit requirements are set by the suppliers that I use. Typically, a reasonable amount is due at booking, and your final balance will be due anywhere from 35-90 days prior to your vacation start date. The only exception with payment up front is if you are booking your trip 30-45 days in advance, when your entire balance is typically due. At no time does Be Our Guest Travel Company ever charge your credit card - everything is charged directly to the vacation supplier. This way you are assured that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time of booking. We have strict policies for how we handle ALL transactions, and this protects you and me.
Simply contact me and I can help you to make the changes or cancellations that you need. Be Our Guest Travel Company never charges for cancelled or altered vacations. However, not all funds may be returned to you based on the supplier terms and conditions. Depending on when you are cancelling your vacation, and if it includes airfare, it will determine how much will be returned to you. I always encourage the purchase of vacation protection insurance, which is always offered during the quoting process. This insurance will almost always offer coverage should you need to cancel. I will clearly communicate these details upon your booking, so there will be no guesswork.
