I'm a graduate of Syracuse University and live in Raleigh, NC with my awesomely supportive husband (that loves to cook), our well-traveled daughter, a dog, and two cats! I'm also a group fitness instructor of yoga/pilates with a twice-weekly class since 2010. I've been called a stone that gathers no moss... I guess it's true!
